Kelley E. Webb, Ph.D. Kelley E. Webb received her Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University in 2001. She received her Master of Arts in Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2005. She earned National Board Certification for World Languages other than English in 2010. She recently defended her dissertation titled World Language Teachers' Understandings and Integration of Intercultural Competence: "More Than..." Language and Beyond and will graduate with her Ph.D.from George Mason University in May 2022.

Kelley is passionate about teaching across all age groups and contexts. Over the course of her teaching career she was employed in Hanover County, Virginia for 11 years teaching Spanish levels I-IB and undergraduate courses. She also taught high school English language and literature at The Columbus School in Medellín, Colombia for three years.

At the present time, she is the ESOL Instructional Coach for Hanover County Public Schools and is actively building their Welcome Center for multilingual families.
